All 39 private rooms are bright, functional spaces with plenty of natural light and privacy. On the women-only floor on the 3rd floor, there is also a beauty room where women can spend time comfortably and without concern.
A spacious dining kitchen and living room, plus a full range of facilities.
We provide a range of facilities that support a cultural and healthy lifestyle, including a dining kitchen with a bar counter that encourages interaction among residents, a library and a soundproof music room, as well as a fully equipped gym.

Our share house is one community. At RYOZAN PARK, what we value most is creating spaces where residents can connect and live comfortably. Once a month, residents hold a “Residents’ meeting,” where they discuss ways to improve the living environment and plan events, while deepening their connections.

With just an initial registration fee of ¥5,500, residents have free monthly access to the coworking space at RYOZAN PARK ANNEX. This not only reduces commuting time but also offers the convenience of having work and home close together.
